high confidential data. We will not disclose customers' personal
information such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers,
buying history, etc. under any circumstances.

SALES TAX
Customers need to pay local sales tax of 8.75% on orders shipped within California.
SHIPPING
Domestic USA
All orders are shipped by either USPS First Class, USPS Priority mail or ground shipping.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Customer will be notified on delays of shipment or on backorders and will be provided options to substitute to another item, or cancel orders. Customers' e-mail addresses are protected by our privacy policy stated above.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new and the original unopen packaging within 10 days of receipt of order.
- All return products must be originally purchased from Craf'it and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to ship the return products to our warehouse.
- All return products must be returned with original packages.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless return is due to defective item or shipping error

- Download and fill in a RMA Request Form for Refund or a RMA Request Form for Exchange from the link below.

- A RMA number will be sent to you by email upon approval, or a reason if it has been denied.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label of your return package and send it to our warehouse. Our address can be found on the RMA request form. Please include a return address on any package sent to our warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package may be destroyed. We will not take responsibility of the destroyed package.
- Your request will be processed when the package arrives our warehouse.
Note : Packages returned without a RMA will NOT be processed.
